RV7A wing and tail kit for sale in Phoenix. posted 01/02/07
My name is Jason Meyer, and I was an EAA member building a plane, but like so many, life has gotten in the way, and it is time to sell my project:   Options include electric elevator trim, and landing lights in wing tips.  Horizontal and Vertical stabilizers are complete.  Rudder has been started but is not complete. Wing kit has not been started.  I will sell everything for $6500/OBO. This is $1000 below cost...and I will even include all of my tools.  I will also deliver for free in Phoenix.  Delivery elsewhere will be at 50 cents per mile one way.  I am offering this first to EAA Chapters, and would prefer that it go to someone who will complete it.  Kit is currently in Tempe, AZ.  Contact Jason Meyer, 602-300-4646, rv7finn1b@msn.com
Thank you,
Jason

EAA Chapter 1406 will be hosting a fly-in Omelet Breakfast on Saturday, January 13th posted 01/02/07

Sunday, 9/10/2006, Dave (rv-6a), Glen (rv-4) and Tom (rv-4) flew to Eloy for breakfast and to check out the indoor skydiving facility that was recently built there. It was a lot larger that we had expected. It looks like quite a thrill to take lessons and freefall indoors without a parachute on. Here are a couple of photos taken with Toms cell phone. There are 4 towers that merge into one tunnel. Each tower has a big fan in it above the skydivers. So the fans are sucking air up from the ground instead of blowing air up at the divers. You have to sign a waiver to be allowed into the observation deck, but then you can get right up by the main chamber which has see through plexiglass walls so you can watch the skydivers in action. Its pretty laid back at Eloy. We were going to have breakfast at 8 am but the dining facility was closed. The rumor was going around about a big party Saturday night and everyone was late getting up (hangover?).

Here the guys are freefalling head first and spinning around the chamber. The cell phone camera doesnt do it justice. Pretty awesome.

Anybody up for Labor Day breakfast in Seligman? We usually have breakfast at Westside Lilos, which is across from the Roadkill Cafe, on Route 66, a short walk from the airport. Landing around 8 am. Dave Biddle RV-6A AZ_RVList Message Labor Day Breakfast in Seligman posted 08/28/06
